Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

4. Orders and Payment
Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or errors in pricing.

5. Alcohol and Restricted Items
If a gift hamper contains alcohol:
Legal Age: Both the purchaser and the recipient must be 18 years or older.
Compliance: It is an offence to supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18.
Delivery: Our delivery partners may request valid photo ID. If the recipient cannot provide proof of age, the item will not be left, and re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Delivery and Shipping
Authority to Leave (ATL): If you or the recipient provide authority to leave a package unattended, Gifting Edit by Dee is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items (e.g., items affected by weather or melting) once the courier has confirmed delivery.
Address Accuracy: We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to the brand name Gifting Edit by Dee, logos, product descriptions, and photography, is our intellectual property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gifting Edit by Dee shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind—including lost profits or replacement costs—arising from your use of any of our products or the website.
