At GiftingEditbyDee, we take immense pride in the quality and presentation of our gift hampers. Each gift is thoughtfully curated and hand-packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our guidelines to understand how we manage boutique returns and refunds with the care that defines our service.
Eligibility
You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange where you have simply changed your mind, so please choose products carefully.
- We provide refunds or replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Requests for a refund or exchange are valid if a product has a major defect or varies significantly from its description. Your consumer rights remain protected.

Initiate Return Request
Contact our support team within 48 hrs of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Awaiting Authorization
Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Once approved, we will send you a return instructions.

Package & Ship Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all products are unused and tags remain attached. Ship the package to the address provided in your authorization.

Inspection & Refund
Once received, our team will inspect the items. Approved returns will be processed for a refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Timelines & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly to your original method of payment.
7-10 Business Days
Please note that individual banks and credit card institutions may require additional processing time (typically 3-5 business days) once we have issued the refund.
