Dispatch & Handling
At Giftingeditbydee, we know how important it is for your gifts to arrive on time.
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed by 12:00 PM AEST/AEDT on standard business days are dispatched from our location the very same day.
Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday.
Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends or Victorian public holidays.
Shipping Rates
We use Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery across the country. Prices are a flat rate depending on your location.
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
Estimated Delivery Windows
While we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, the following timeframes are provided by Australia Post:
Standard Post: 3–5 business days for metro areas; 4–10 business days for regional locations.
Express Post: 1–3 business days for metro areas; 3–5 business days for regional locations.
Note: During peak periods (such as Christmas), delays may occur. We will do our best to keep you informed.
Purchase & Service Terms
Agreement of Sale
By placing an order through the Giftingeditbydee website, you agree to these Purchase & Shipping Terms.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Giftingeditbydee.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure all recipient details and delivery instructions are 100% correct at checkout.
- Address Errors:
If an incorrect address is provided, Giftingeditbydee is not responsible for the cost of re-sending the order.
- Immediate Corrections:
If you notice a mistake after hitting 'order', please email us immediately, and we will attempt to update it before it leaves our studio.
Payments & Security
Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
Accepted Payments: We accept all major payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal etc.
Secure Shopping: Your security is paramount. We do not store your credit card details, and all transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Return to Sender (RTS) Policy
If a hamper is returned to us by Australia Post (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the Post Office), we will contact the purchaser.
- Re-processing:
A repacking fee (to cover fresh packaging and labor) plus the standard shipping cost will be invoiced before the gift is sent out again.
Cancellations & Missing Items
- Cancellations:
Orders are final once processed. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
- Missing Items:
If something is missing from your order, please email us with your order number within 48 hours. Please note that while we assist with investigations, Giftingeditbydee is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
